Well we live in a digital information world, so I would start by googling their Company name and checking if you can find some reviews on their services.
If you don't find anything online then stay away from them!
Any company in particular? Maybe we can research with you?

Its not a company bt certain users who pretends or claim that certain individuals has managed 2help them with loans and they provide emails to contact those ppl.there is one i contactd a mr.hopkins frm the U.K. Before he can help u shld pay an amount of 1.7+.thats absurd!

I would not trust any individual online!
The truth of the matter is that there are just too many scammers, unless you have a trusted friend or family that can recommend someone then stay far way.
There is just unfortunately no easy way out of debt.
