Thanks Andrew, and yes i dont have a homeloan. Im so confused, scared & frustrated. Im getting letters of demands, garnishees etc. Im scared i might even be ordered to appear in court. I want to get rid of these debts but it's just so impossible.

You could go under "debt review". Where a company reviews your debts and organises the best way forward.

If you are under debt review your creditor may not at all send you letters or call you asking for money.
