Hi Samson, I guess what you need is to contact a Debt Counsellor. They will chanrge you R50 plus vat for the consultation.

You can find a counsellor via the internet or look on the Register.

After he/she collects a list of all your debt, they will see if you qualify as being over indebted. If so, they will negotiate a plan whereby you pay ONE amount per month until your debt is settled.

Have you considered buying the book advertised on the front cover? It will help you make sense out of the process

Hi, I am juweine and had moved to Gauteng about four months ago. This evidently meant that my wife gave up her work and now we are facing fincial difficulty. May I suggest you approach a debt counsellor directly as soon as possible. Remember there is a difference between a debt cousellor and a debt consolidator.

Do a search on Yahoo South Africa and you will find a number of persons who can help you as debt cousellors.

The first charge should be no more than R50 plus vat and once the process is up and running, no more than one months repayments may be taken as fees.
