I just want to know if its possible for me to get a consolidating loan if I dont own a house. I have a debt of +-50.000 and I want to consolidate all my debts so that I can be able to buy a house.Please help.

Hi Thina
You could take out a bond on a new house and include the R50 000 to cover your debts. You will need to qualify for the bond though. Your earnings as well as credit rating.
I recommend you go and see the bank and chat to a consulting to find out what they can do for you.
Most banks are willing to listen and help find a way.
