Bankruptcy should always been seen as the last resort for debt relief.
You could Post more details of your financial situation and we could advise you some other methods?

Bankruptcy
Pros:
  • End harassment from creditors

  • A second chance, all your debt erased.

  • Cons:
  • All assets will be realized and proceeds paid to the creditors

  • A bad mark on your credit report, will make it very hard to get future finance for homes, cars etc in the future

    Hi Nalene

Its best to respond to court summons in the given time on the documents.
Never ignore a summons as more action will follow.
